UWB Hacks AI - Add Teammates on Devpost and Fill a form for Judging
Hey hackers!
Please ensure one representative from each hackathon team fills out the UWB HACKS AI: Team Members and Selected Track Judging Registration form with your team name, selected track, and representative details. Submit the form once per team.
If you need to update your information or pick a new track, simply submit an edited form with the same e-mail.
- Please let us know how many team members you have, your team name, and selected track here!
- We also need one team representative and their e-mail + devpost username.
Please only send this form ONCE PER TEAM! If you are unsure about your track or decide to change you may send an updated form. We will evaluate your latest submission.
The sooner this is done, the better. We'll be able to calculate the number of teams we have and be able to figure out how much time you have and whether or not we need an additional group of judges.

To add teammates to your team on Devpost, follow these short instructions:
- Log in to your Devpost account.
- Go to your project page for UWB HACKS AI.
- Click on the “Team” tab.
- Enter your teammate's email address in the field provided.
- Click “Invite” to send them an invitation to join your team.
Your teammates will need to accept the invitation to be added to your team.

We will also have TWO ROTATING workshops featuring TWO WONDERFUL speakers from Avanade:
From 2:00pm to 3:30pm (2 x 45 minute sessions) we have David Gormley presenting "AI Ethics, Trendlines & Avanade Case Studies"
From 2:00pm to 4:00pm (4 x 30 minute sessions) we have Riley Beavers presenting about "Presentation Skills". Make sure you don't miss this workshop as it will equip you with the strategies to deliver IMPACTFUL presentations for the Judging on Sunday (and beyond!)
ANYONE who attends BOTH workshops will be able to enter a raffle to win an AVANADE T-SHIRT.
